Because cooking is part science and most part art, this book of recipes should be seen as a canvas.  Partially painted with infinite possibility.  You are the true artist, please make these recipes your own.  Once you’ve tried a few, you’ll get the general gist of where we are going and your inner master chef will take over.

It’s how we did it, a few years ago our friends gave us shit because we couldn’t even cook toast.  Well, we tested a few of these healthy recipes, played around with them and came up with our way of cooking.
