Well, this isn’t new. Potatoes are broken down into glucose in the blood faster than table sugar is. Sugar makes you hungry, potatoes are sugar. Hot chips are therefore one of the worst types of food to eat (unless you are a sumo wrestler). Hot chips: potatoes deep-fried in oil. Reword that to sugar, soaked in hot fat.
Cut out potatoes, sugar and grains and you’ll be surprised at how fast the fat strips off you.
