Linseeds, flax seeds and flaxseed oil are all products of flax seeds. Flax contains high levels of alpha-linoleic acid, proven by Harvard University to reduce depression, stress and anxiety and cortisol. Other esteemed academic institutes have proven that reduces the risk of heart disease as well as protects against epilepsy.
We use flax meal (ground flax seeds) in our low carb baked goods.
