Buckwheat is the grain that isn’t a grain. Tastes like a cereal, but packed with nutrition. Buckwheat is high in magnesium – great for relieving sore muscles from when you have been in “beast mode”. Magnesium is good for lowering blood pressure too.
But that’s not all, buckwheat is high in a flavonoid called rutin. Rutin extends the health benefits of vitamin C. Kind of like how Robin makes Batman better.
