Goji berries (or wolfberries) are a Chinese berry that has made a huge (possibly because of marketing) push on the western market. Some studies using goji berry juice found benefits in mental well-being and calmness, athletic performance, happiness, quality of sleep, and feelings of good health.
We like goji berries because they, like other berries, are rich in antioxidants, but Goji’s have a much less sweet taste – so go well with our low sugar eating plan. They are also related to the acai berry, which is currently scamming the cash out of millions of people worldwide.
