What ingredients are needed on the program?

While the exact ingredients you need will depend on which of the eating options you select once you've purchased, they are based on lean proteins (mostly white meats and some fish/seafood if you like, and plant-proteins for vegetarians/vegans), eggs (except vegans), plenty of vegetables (there is a shopping list that helps you to substitute for what it is locally available to you), nuts/seeds, etc.

Everything is very simple and there are no exotic or obscure items. We have a lot of international participants and no one has experienced any issues with the food to date.
