What's included in the FHHM Program?

Essentially, the Fit, Healthy Happy Mum Program (FHHM) comprises of both a nutritional and exercise component designed to work in synergy to produce optimal fat burning.


The entire program is delivered digitally as short videos as well as pdf "cheat sheets".  When you sign up, you'll create your own login that you can use to access the program for life.  You'll also get access to the Facebook group for free, but the invite might take up to 24 hours to receive.


The nutrition is focused on simple nutritious whole foods that are also suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with dietary intolerances (there are 6 different nutritional options you are able to choose from, depending on your goals and lifestyle).

A free digital cookbook is also included.


The exercise component is designed to progressively improve your fitness in the quickest time possible. It is suitable for beginners through to more advanced fitness levels. Workouts are short, family-friendly and able to be completed in or around your home with minimal to no equipment.
