Can I do the Fit, Healthy, Happy Mum and the Strong Core and Pelvic Floor program at the same time?

Yes! By merging both the Fit, Healthy, Happy Mum (FHHM) and Strong Core & Pelvic Floor (SCPF) programs, rather than just exclusively doing one, you can maximise your results!

The Fit, Healthy, Happy Mum ( FHHM) program is a total body fitness and toning program (including improving core strength). But if you have a weak pelvic floor or Diastasis Recti, you would need to contact us after purchase for a few adjustments to some of the exercises. It does address the pelvic floor and DR but not enough to repair the weakness you are currently experiencing. The workouts within this program are short, family-friendly and suitable for beginners through to advanced. If you have injuries, we have alternatives and modifications to all exercises. Workouts can also be done in a gym or in and around the home with minimal to no equipment (there are video demonstrations of all exercises).

On the other hand, the Strong Core & Pelvic Floor program is not a total body fitness program, unlike the FHHM. It is a program specifically designed to heal abdominal separation and strengthen the pelvic floor. It does include some gentle pelvic-floor safe full-body exercises, but the main focus is healing/repairing and strengthening the pelvic floor and deep core. It is the same extensively researched program Sharny used to repair her own Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor weakness after she was told surgery would be her only solution. She went from not being able to run without significant leakage to being able to run marathons with no leakage at all! Exercises are simple and can be done in the comfort and privacy of your own home in 5-10 minutes a day.

These two programs are separate purchases of $47 (US) each. You can do both programs simultaneously or start with one, it totally depends on which one you'd like to tackle first.
