Great idea! Unfortunately, we don't have a menu sample at this time yet. In terms of the nutritional aspect of the program, there are 7 different options you are welcome to choose from, depending on your unique goals and what works for you.
Each of the eating suggestions is designed to restore you to optimal health and well-being, while also assisting your body to shred fat quickly. All nutritional plans are also suitable for vegetarians, vegans, breastfeeding mums and those with dietary intolerance.
All meals suggestions are simple, gluten-free and dairy-free (except for keto) as well. You can customise it according to your needs and make it work for you!
